1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WorkYatra ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Platform's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Immediately notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Platform.

3. Employer Obligations

Employers posting jobs on WorkYatra agree to the following:

  • All job postings must represent genuine employment opportunities.
  • Job postings must comply with all applicable local, state, and national employment laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labor, employment, equal employment opportunity, and employment eligibility requirements.
  • No job posting may require a candidate to pay a fee to apply or receive an offer.

4. Candidate Obligations

Candidates using WorkYatra agree to:

  • Provide truthful information on their profiles and resumes.
  • Apply only to jobs for which they are genuinely interested and qualified.
  • Not use the platform to distribute spam or promotional materials.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WorkYatra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WorkYatra, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
